ERI's Occupational Assessor® - Professional Edition (OA), also called the enhanced Dictionary of Occupational Titles ® (eDOT), is an updated electronic version of the abandoned US Dictionary of Occupational Titles (DOT). The Professional Edition includes an archive copy of the discontinued DOT, the free job search module, the FLSA Overtime module, and a demonstration of the Consultant Edition's (OA+) transferable skills assessment. It is used by salary administrators to test for nonexempt status under US DOL Part 541 job analyses testing rules and to create salary grade assignments.
