It is convenient and maintenance-free, but with less robust in-depth research data and job matching capabilities. No installation or support hardware is required. The Assessor Series enterprise/consultant edition of this salary planning application is loaded with functionality, built to integrate proprietary survey input (managed by a third-party survey center), and is the only online application that uses ERI data. ERI is unique in that its focus is always on the competitive valuing of a position and the skills required (and not on the individual in that position). During 2008 all ERI Assessor Series products will incorporate this Salary Planning capability (Geographic Assessor, Salary Assessor, Occupational Assessor, Relocation Assessor, Comparables Assessor, and Executive Compensation Assessor). Unlike others, ERI uses only employer-provided and verified data to determine the competitive pay reality. Only licensed users, sitting in secure, licensed seats, will be able to utilize the enhanced Assessor Series planning edition.

view your custom C3 salary structure in PAQ's public domain offering (an account code/password
arms the ERI Survey column with your data).
Survey Center Enhanced

Work with PAQ technicians (third-party database managers)
to digitize proprietary, participant only, survey sources; this is only available to holders
of ERI Consultant Assessor Series licenses (and can be viewed only
from within ERI software). The basic PAQ Survey Center fee for
posting/Assessor integration is $12,889, but may vary higher depending upon #'s of surveys
posted. (Surveys must allow for this type of posting; proof of survey participation/purchase
is required.) enterprises not posting surveys will see ERI Salary Survey and SalariesReview
databases as the default alternative.
ERI Assessor Series software and surveys are annual subscriptions;
PAQ Services Salary Planning services are also an annual subscription,
but because salary actions/planning are an ongoing process, PAQ utilizes an "evergreen" 12-month
subscription renewal process, billed annually. PAQ Survey Center
utilization reflects the latter, as its services are also ongoing. You may sign up for these
subscription services online. ERI does not provide fee for service; order and download ERI
Assessor Series research and software and be using them within minutes.
